The Registration fees include:

• conference registration
• book of abstracts of the conference (hard copy book)
• welcome reception
  
• banquet supplement
  

Once you have registred to the conference, your accomodation will automatically be reserved.

The Accommodation fees are:

• Single room : 90 euros per day*
• Double room : 75 euros per day*

and include lunches, dinners and accommodation (all in the conference center).

Accommodation fees will be paid directly to the "centre Paul Langevin" in Aussois during the workshop (credit cards accepted: Eurocard, Master Card, Visa).

The number of participants is limited to 110 persons.

Cancellation policy: Cancellations must be received in writing by the Conference Secretariat - e-mail: euroconf2014@sciencesconf.org
The cancellation fee will be EUR 50 administration charge for cancellations received within 15 April 2014. For cancellations received after 15 April, the fees must be paid in full.
